Personal Trainer: Jacquelyn Wren
Being a personal fitness trainer is a passion for me. I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals and love the personal interaction that one-on-one training allows. Together, we can get you to where you want to be.
As your personal fitness trainer, I work with you one-on-one, on a regular basis, to help you reach your goals and discover your potential. Using a fusion of strength training and movement skills, I combine the fun of dance with the principles of Pilates and Hatha Yoga to create a well-rounded, effective program FOR YOU. I use the Functional Fitness approach which will ensure you reach your goals efficiently. Don't forget, exercise can be fun and invigorating!
As a qualified fitness trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist, I am the exercise and movement specialist. My job is to identify any faulty movement patterns, and help you learn to move more efficiently and effectively so that YOU FEEL BETTER. When you feel better, you will have more energy to do all the activities you love, with the people you love!
I have a good eye for recognizing proper movements and the ability to teach clients the subtlety of movements. When combined with my background in anatomy, as well as biomechanics, I have the expertise to help your body move better.
I know when to refer my client on to a therapist. You can be confident that I will keep you on the right track. I network with massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and doctors, enabling me to be part of an active approach to your health and well being.
10 primary reasons for fitness training with Jacquelyn:
- I want to live a full life, regardless of my age, and be an Active Woman.
- I'm looking for new ways to "jazz up" my fitness routine.
- I want to increase my strength, my stamina, and my flexibility.
- I realize that working hard for my financial future is important, but so is being fit and active enough to enjoy it.
- I don't like exercising alone - sometimes I have to be motivated.
- I want help with the normal symptoms of aging that younger people don't even know exist.
- I want to do exercises I can perform successfully and enjoy doing. I want to measure my progress by results, not by pain level.
- I understand that with a balanced, pro-active life, I can prevent many age-related problems.
- I don't want to be harassed about signing a long-term contract.
- I didn't realize most clients working with personal trainers are not athletes or movie stars.
