The Program

The 12 Week Program is the recommended minimum plan to achieve a higher degree of fitness and discipline.

The Program includes the following:

  • Complimentary introductory consultation to assess goals
  • Complimentary comprehensive fitness assessment session ($125.00 value) **
  • Go For Fit support group ***
  • Weekly group walks to establish communication links
  • 5% discount for all prepaid programs
  • Each training session is 1 hour

Prices for the 12 Week Program*:

1 session per week $882.00
($840.00 after discount)
2 sessions per week $1638.00
($1560.00 after discount)

Personal Training Packages*

are also available.

These allow clients the flexibility to schedule their preferred session dates. The packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Initial comprehensive assessment $125.00 (about 80 minutes)
1 session $85.00 (pay as you go)
5 sessions $412.50
10 sessions $800.00
20 sessions $1500.00
30 sessions $2100.00

*** Please inquire about details regarding the Go For Fit support group & weekly group walks.

Ongoing clients, who have completed a Program, may participate in the weekly walks and Go For Fit support group.

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged for the session. Thank you.
