Well, immediately became tomorrow, and so on, and before I realised it, it was a year later. And that is my only regret about contacting Jacquelyn - THAT I DIDN'T CALL RIGHT AWAY! I am highly unmotivated when it comes to exercise, and what I asked Jacquelyn to do for me, was to save me from my couch. I seemed to be spending most of my free time there, and I wasn't getting any benefit from it. Quite the opposite. Jacquelyn keeps track of my workouts, and keeps me on track. She has given me many ideas for workouts and relaxation techniques to do on my own, that are unique to my work and life. I feel that she has made the effort to get to know me, and genuinely wants to help me figure out what works for me, so that I stick with it. I have been working out with Jacquelyn for about a year now. I feel stronger and am definitely healthier. She keeps me interested by varying the exercises, and dare I say it, makes it fun. The great thing about her is that she is so encouraging and supportive about trying new things, not only at her studio, but outside as well. I, Noel Richardson, age 69, have been taking twice weekly, exercise sessions, with Jacquelyn Wren, since January 2007. Since I turned 65 I have been struck with diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and pulmonary hypertension. As a consequence I did little exercise and was feeling weak as my muscles were wasting away. The regular exercise has increased my muscle strength a great deal. I am now feeling stronger and can do house hold tasks which I had stopped doing. My body feels much better. There are less aches and pains. I am more mobile and can walk longer. Jacquelyn researched my ailments and is very careful when planning my exercises and as a result I do not feel pain.
