An instructor can’t be all things to all people. This is the difference between “one-on-one” personal training and “group classes”.
You will make the greatest progress with the program I design for YOUR needs. The personal supervision will ensure you progress to meet your goals as quickly as possible. This means that in the end, you will spend less to meet your personal goals and achieve RESULTS. If you have limited time, or wish to meet your goals quickly, this approach is the best for you.
If you choose, you can go back to group classes once you have achieved your personal benchmark.
